Inspired by his childhood spent living in Tokyo and his travels to Mexico, Europe and Asia, Todd incorporates unique foods and flavors into his cuisine. Having served previously as chef de cuisine at Vin Rouge and as chef at J. Betski’s, Todd is also an expert in French and European cuisine. He currently serves as partner and executive chef of Oval Park Grille.
