Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club and Fairview Dining Room Executive Chef Jason Cunningham has lead the Inn’s culinary team in preparing seasonally inspired contemporary cuisine since 2001. Cunningham seeks out and utilizes locally grown foods, pairing these delicacies with the finest products from around the world to delight and engage the most discriminating of palates. His responsibilities include the hotel’s restaurants as well as its banquet, meeting, special event and in-room dining services. Cunningham’s seasonally innovative dishes receive accolades from fine diners and the media alike. The Inn is located on the campus of Duke University and is revered for its exceptional service, superior cuisine and gracious southern hospitality. The Fairview Dining Room is the recipients of the AAA Four Diamond Award for 23 consecutive years and was rated as a Four-Star restaurant by Forbes Travel Guide in 2014 and 2015.
