Chef, Chapel Hill Restaurant Group Catering
With his love of food taking shape in his formative years, Albert began his professional culinary career after graduating high school in 2003. After learning the ropes and climbing the rungs throughout the Triangle he joined the Chapel Hill Restaurant Group in 2012 as Executive Catering Chef. His role, to lead the innovative culinary team of CHRG Catering. Helping to open Page Road Grill in 2012, Albert had and still has a hand in their menu creations while continuing to hone his skills in the culinary arts.
